Ulix, it been over thirty years since I've done one but I seem to remember 
removal was punch it out with a small drift, or prise it out with the middle 
sized Craftsman screwdriver.
Of course, chuck can probaly tell you haw to do this in the dark, in the 
rain, in a foxhole, with nail scissors....;-)
Bearing should be standard size.
