I was not trying to flame you . But in Charles' first email he asked " in
terms of acceleration and responsiveness " as two of his criteria. Frank C.
is correct in asking what motor and transmission ? Also how you plan to use
the car. Years ago I used my Sprite to commute to work every day on the
California freeways. Today the car has a much different role . It's a
weekend toy for playing on Colorado mountain roads. The real answer is : "
What is the best diff. ratio ? It depends "
