Thinking about buying a Land Rover?

Hey everyone, I know this isn't exactly LBC related, but after looking at the 
price of getting a new Xterra, or 4-door Frontier, I realized, I could get a 
much better deal on a 2-3 year old Land Rover Discovery.
Does anyone out there have any experience with these. There are quit a few in 
my 
area, and so a 2-5 year old one is very easy to come by, and can be had for 
$14-20K.
Anyone have any experience with these??
