Frank, pls tell me that's a non-permit rectangular cedar or
woolmanized floating deck with all materials delivered  - no post
holes, no concrete, no staining, no snoopy neighbours, no beer.

Even so, at 56 sq ft per man hour or say only 50 cents per sq ft,
this could be a great fday job.
