I also live here in Southern California and my wife has the nasty
habit of storing all the stuff we'll never use again up in the rafters
of our garage. What I'm concerned about is earthquakes. We get a few
here every year. If the "BIG ONE" comes, at least I won't feel too bad
if everything comes tumbling down, she parks her new Mercedes in there
next to the Bugeye. 8^p
