Todd,
Just in case you don't know, there is a pin with a small nut on it that goes
through the lower part of the kingpin past a flat spot on the center of the
fulcrum that keeps the fulcrum and kingpin locked together. This need to be
removed  first, then what Michael said!!!!

Fulcrum and kingpin are usually welded together by time...
