Todd,
Before you start getting frustrated with using the screwdriver, undo the
small nut and bang out the small taper pin that locates the king pin to the
fulcrum pin. You'll find the taper pin inboard and in the middle of the
kingpin bottom, and you'll find that difficult, too. Once that is out you
can commence to getting frustrated taking out the trunion with the
screwdriver. Then you'll use a sawzall.
