Non LBC - Restorative for Vinyl Bumpers

Hi,

This doesn't have anything to do with LBCs but it is a car related question:

We have a Honda Civic Si that we are selling. The bumpers have black vinyl
trim that has been become bleached out by the strong summer sun down here in
NC. Does anyone know of a product that will make these look black again?
They are way beyond Armour All or anything like that.
