Wheel PCDs (nut hole spacing!)

Hi list, 

A while back there was a debate about whether this wheel or that wheel will 
fit the Sprite/Midget.  I remembered the other evening that there is a neat 
little tool that measures the distances between the nut holes (the Pitch 
Circle Diameter) - it is even made in the USA.  The URL should be
