A cheap socket that fits the hole in the yoke and a BIG hammer work just
fine!
Concrete floors help too if you do not have a vice.
Plan on mushing that suitable socket so be sure it either has a lifetime
guaranty or it is a cheap Taiwan throw away socket.

Note...The bigger the hammer, the quicker the job.
