True, Champion makes a current part numbered plug to replace the
original N5. THe new number is N5C. However, they are not the SAME exact
plug. We sell many NOS spark plugs for the enthusiast that want to have
the exact new original part. They are a very nice addded touch when
entering car shows. For function, I think modern plugs are fine and
inexpensive. For certain people, originality is more of an issue.
