OK, it's apart.  No crud between magnets and the "dish".  Needle shaft
bridge hole not ovaled.
But both the magnet part and the dish have appreciable play!  This is
probably not normal, right?
How much does it cost to have the speedo rebuilt by one of the
specialists?  Or I could look for a used one.
