I use Hagerty's Classic Car insurance, (800) 922-4050. No claims to deal
with (hopefully never will be), but they did forget to file an automated
proof of insurance form with my state. The first time I called to report
it some bonehead said there was no such form. I called back 10 minutes
later and got someone who knew exactly what I was talking about. They said
they'd take care of it, which I need to follow up on. $92 per year for
full coverage, no specified mileage limit, liberal use policy, etc. We
agreed on a declared value on the high end of the Bugeye price scale.
