No, you can find it on top of the trans flange with the trans in the car.

No it will not.  So they are in fact 5-speeds.

I am.  It is great on the highway.  With stock tires (145s) you'd be
turning only 4740rpm at 100mph (have fun!).    
It's 21.1 mph/1000rpm for a 5-speed with a 3.7.
