I only have the Haynes manual and have been using the .012 setting cold
with no ill effects so far. As far as which valve to adjust when
whichever vavle is fully depressed subtract that from 9 to give you the
valve that is open i.e. id number 3 is down 9-3=6 adjust number 6.
