Moss UK sent me their new catalogue (part MGL9001X)
in which they show, on page 24, their 
"centre lock alloy wheels" which are 13" X 5"
for the Midget/Sprite.
the part numbers are: GAC8253X for silver colour
and GAC8263X for anthracite colour.

Going to their price list I found that:
a. the 13x5 silver GAC8253X is UKP 96.00 (!)
b. the 13x5 anthracite GAC8263X is UKP 105.00 (!)

They also have 14x5.5 similar wheels for the MGB.
