CA smog laws

CA just announced they want to increase the cost of sport utility
vehicles because people use them everyday instead of just "weekend sport
driving" and are needlessly increasing the environmental harm/smog level
in the atmosphere.  

You know when I was a kid in grade school I was so against cars and
smoke.  Funny how things change when you sit in an MG. :)
