The rubber on the insede of the door on MK I & MK II's can be purchased
at any good hardware store. I think it cost about $5.00 a running foot,
and a three foot piece will do both doors.
There was a piece of hard paper about 1/16 in thick that was glued on
the door panel, about 1 1/2 inch and went all the way around the door
panel. The fabric was then glued on top of that which gave the
appearance of a recess. I have some of the originals here somewhere, as
I made new ones when I recovered the door panels
