[Spit] Noise in frount end

For the past while I have been hearing a "creaking" noise when I am turning
and going over a rise in the road at low speed. I thought maybe dry molly
bushings, but could it be time to change my Trunnions ? If it is time what
should I change "while I'm in there"?
