OK OK.... I guess I should have known better than
to have not been more explicit in my first email.

I was asked by a lister if I could/would check out this car in person.
I had inadvertently deleted his email and had to hit the lists
in general. (I should have stated all that first, in my orig post)

I realize fully this is one of the loop-holes in the ebay policies.
The BUYER is obligated, but not the SELLER, (obviously based
on the terms stated.)   standard buyer beware stuff.

Check out the last car he listed.  Same disclaimers/terms. The auction
ended normally with a winning bidder, but the guy DI D NOT sell the
car to the winner.  (in feedback he 'claims' he had 'problems')
hhmmm... an attempt to skirt final value fees.?

So based on that type of activity, I was stating I would not be a
party to this guy's sales.

Sorry for the confusion everyone.
