Guys Slight distributor problem..... Had a few running problems and based on an old Triumph Mechanic's advice, I replaced my dizzy. Just had the timing done and all was running perfect - at last. After running approx 20 miles, she started playing up. I've notice that the contact arm is lifting and therefore after a while the points dont fit very well. What keeps the contact arm to its base plate? Should they be fixed together or do I have a different problem? Cheers Martin '63 Spit4 |
