Well,
I finally recieved my Borg & Beck Clutch kit, and everything fit just fine
and dandy. but now i am having an unusually difficult time getting the darn
trans. back on! i used a couple guid studs as suggested by many of you, and
i got the holes to line up, but i am stuck about 2 inches off the endplate
in the block. It just doesn't want to slide on as it should. I have the
gearbox in neutral so that i can spin the input shaft to met up with the
clutch plate splines, but no dice there.
Can anyone think of any reason this wouldn't go back on? aside from the
splines not being lined up?
