She's coming out, again

Evening fellow listers,

As the previous email stated the gearbox is coming out of the spit6. What
would be a good things to check/replace?  My thoughts are:

- throwout bearing (sqweeking)?
- fricton disc? How do I tell? Change the pressure plate as well?
- check the rear seal
- check the u-joint at driveshaft

Anythings else?

'74 spit6, spitfire with a gt6 MKIII drive train & OD
