Bummer.
You should be able to find a good used one at a local junk yard, or someone
on the list. I believe they are available but I couldn't find my price
list to check. Don't know how much a new on is. My old ones were rusty
but not bad. So I took them apart - they're not supposed to come apart,
cleaned primed with Zinc Chromate primer, and painted them silver.
If I were you, I'd look at pulling the seat and then pulling the slide
and see how bad it really is. If it's just the front is rusted through
you could have someone weld a plate across the bottom of the channel and
reuse the current ones. But you won't know untill you see how badly it's
rusted out.
