After a noble attempt with the dual SU's on my '72 Spitfire, I decided to
return to the single Stromberg. I rebuilt the carb (using a kit purchased
from AutoZone no less.) and bolted it in place. Fired up almost
immediately. Now the problem, I've lost the two special bolts for the air
cleaner. Does anybody have a couple of extra, or does anybody know what
size thread they are (figure I could buy some standard bolts and make some
sleeves to prevent collapsing the filter housing).
