The easiest way to get that out is by spark-erosion - a specialised
manufacturing technique using specialist equipment. There are Spark
Eroders on many industrial estates now, and you should be able to find
one in your local Yellow Pages, probably under "Sub-Contract
Engineering". Spark Erosion is also known as "Electro-Discharge
Machining" or "EDM".
