I have put new shoes on the rear brakes on my '77 spitfire and am ready to get the drums, wheels back on. I had the brake system apart for the right rear. The owner's manual portion of the Haynes manual says that if both sides of the system are not open, you don't have to bleed both sides. Is that true? It looks like I have a dual system.
