It sounds to me like the two bolts on the front frame pivots need to be
loosened, and the passenger side needs to be pushed back slightly, while the
driver side needs to be pulled forward just a fraction. That's why the frame
mounts are slotted. I've just been through this, and a tiny bit more tweaking
is still needed to get things to my satisfaction. But don't despair. If your
door gaps are fine, then you should be able to adjust the bonnet (carefully)
through trial and error to get the proper fitment. It might be a good idea to
apply masking tape to the trailing bonnet edges and front door edges to help
protect the paint.
