Joe,
Many many years ago Calif had a rudimentary inspection program. It was
more of a pain (joke?) than anything else. It would be a random roadside
type and they would check for seat belts, registration, lights, horn,
really important stuff like that - I'm glad it didn't expand seeing how
other Calif programs did :-)
