You might check out http://www.metalshapers.org or the yahoo groups
metalshapers, metalshaping and autobodyrepair.  Each of them has
something about panelbeating.  The best book I've found is "The Key to
Metal Bumping" by Frank T. Sargent.  It's rather old, but quite
thorough.  IIRC, Eastwood carries it.  (certainly others, too.)
