Speaking of needle and springs, would any one like to take a guess which 
needles I should try first?

The current condition of my engine is a '74 1500 with 9:1 pistons, .100 
milled off the head (should have had the head cc'd but didn't, so I 
don't know compression ratio), 3 angle valve job, and a cam with 275 
degrees duration and .425" lift. The exhaust is currently stock. I would 
like to get the car running with the SUs then put on my Rimmer 4-2-1 
header and possibily a Supertrapp I have laying around.

Is there a good source in the USA for springs and needles?
