Geoff,

All the internal stuff must come out. There are four (4) bolts holding the
glass guide rails in place (two each). The regulator (channel?) that runs the
BOTTOM length of the glass must be disconnected. This is the real pain, if
you've not done it before. There are two (2) clips which 'mount' the glass to
it, but they are on the 'other' side... that is, mounted where you cannot see
them. Reach behind, and you will feel them with your finger tips. Pretend for a
second that this 'clip' is a large washer... coming from the edge of the
washer, is a curved piece of metal about 1/4" wide, which goes to the center of
the 'hole' in the washer, then stops. This is what 'clips' the thing in place
on the glass. You must slide, or 'push' this thing BACK, in order to release it
from the mounting pins (two of them). Once you get them off, and can visibly
see them, it is very easy to then understand them. Once off, remove the
regulator and other associated small stuff, then remove the glass through the
top openning (i.e. where it is rolled up/down through).

Best of luck,

Gary Durham

P.S. keep track of those little rubber washers for re-assembly.
