Unfortunately, the only way I have found to adjust ride height (lower is what I
assume you mean), is to either change the pickup points of the A-arms
or to install shorter springs. I am using GT6 front springs with 2 coils
removed and it rides about right for autocross use. The rear can be lowered
by either de-arching the rear spring or by placing a spacer between the spring
and its perch on top ot the differential.
The shock adjustment will have no affect on ride height.
SPAX makes an adjustable perch front shock, but unfortunately, the adjustments
are all to raise the height. The lowest adjustment is the same as what
is used on the factory shock.

I put a set of the ride and height adjustable Spax's on my 72 frame along with
(beefier than Spit) Herald front springs (ala B.Schwartz) to handle the extra
weight of a V6 engine. The bottom of the shocks has a collar that you can
adjust up and down by spinning the collar as it rides on a thread at the bottom
of the shock. A second threaded ring is used to lock the collar in place. I
can't attest to the height as there is no engine/body on the frame just yet. My
collar is fully near the bottom to lower as much as possible. I don't know if
you could adjust these shocks with them installed. A dangerous job - use the
right tools to compress those springs.
