It looks to me like a kit car of some sort. The headlight housings are molded
into the fenders like a Jag, and from what I can tell of the runningboards,
they have the treadplates molded into the base, very easy to do in
fiberglass, not in metal. The fender mounted turn signals are different from
any prewar design I have seen before as well. Not really sure, I could be
entirely wrong, but I tend to lean towards a recreation of some sort.
