Choke Cable

A good friend who used to be on this list is building a dual carb Spit, along
the British lines and would like to know:

What length is the choke cable on a dual carb 1500
Spitfire?  Single carb cables seem to be too short.

Does anyone have a choke cable for dual carb (assuming it is longer) to sell?
