Looking at the Spare Parts Catalog, (I have Spit Mk3, 2nd edition)
there appear to be two different parts for the brake and clutch M/Cs.
The bodies themselves do not have part numbers assigned (part
no. column says "Not Serviced",) but the caps for each have different
P/Ns so I would guess the reservoir is different as well.
The brake M/C assembly is P/N 146422; the Clutch M/C assembly is
120308. There is a special Brake M/C assembly listed for Belgium,
France and Special Order (P/N 146423) with a separate reservoir (from
the drawing, it appears to be plastic) but there is no separate
listing for the M/C body for this version.
HTH,
Donald.
