That new (well, new to me- with a grin at Liv who probably uses it to remove
nail and toe polish...) stuff I tried, the Tal-Strip just uses water. Of
course you have to apply some sort of rust preventer after the water is dry.
The other kinds I'd tried in my attempts to avoid hard labor called for
everything from paint thinner to proprietary neutralizers. But IMHO, this
stuff worked the best.
