Right, you can take them out seperately. But after doing it both ways I
much prefer to remove them togethor. Getting the tranny seperated and evern
worse mated back togethor is much easier outside the car. Combine all that
with the fact that it is not any harder to remove them togethor. As for the
removing the bonnet, I can't say I know of another way. Yet, I am impressed
that you did a spit without removing it. Pictures???
