We sometimes hear about unfavorable dealings with suppliers, now I want to
report a happening with a 1st class customer service, this would be "Gregory's
Autoparts Co." in Lincolnshire, England, I had a error in the shipping charge
on my last order and I also ordered the wrong part, called Mr. Gregory, he
imediately issued a credit to my account and informed me he would gladly
accept the parts in error back from me, no hassels, no nothing, just good old
fashioned service, these vendors need to be known for their good just as much
as we tell about the bad. Thanks Mr. Gregory.  "FT"
