GT6+ Kastner Cam Specs

Hi list, I lost my competition manual for the gt6+ by
Cas Kastner.  Does anyonw have a copy?  If so can you
email me the spec on the two different engine setups
he did.  I believe they were called S-2 and S-4.  I
need the comp ratio, ignition timing, and full cam
specs as well as anything else I forgot.  Thanks
