  Sounds like the best thing you need to do is measure
the bore and see if they are out of spec. If they are
the only thing to do is have the block bored 20 over
or whatever it takes. 
  We had a broen piston in ours and we got by by just
having it honed out. I think the machine shop didn't
charge that much. resurfaced head,polished crank and
cam boiled out block, new plugs. It was a learning
experience for the boy, Henry. So now he has a good
engine, but after the spin and wreck (rt rear U-joint
locked up) we are still looking for a frame in good
condition. Hu has one out in Washington, but can't go
there now.
  So the best thing to do is have it bored out if it
needs it. Oversize rings will just give more problems
that it would be worth.
