I have done it in less than an hour before. I threw a rod on 3 engines in a
row on another spit. With the help of a second person we were able to
attatch a chain to the engine, slip a peice of wood into the chain and lift
the engine clear and install the new one. It is not really that heavy and
not a whole lot is attatched to it.
I would say a day should be fairly easy, as long as you dont run into
unforseen problems.
