Hi,
That was me who did the CD150 rebuild. It was a very straightforward
procedure -- much easier than the Weber DICA that I rebuilt on my old Fiat
850. Essentially an unscrew-then-screw-back-together procedure. The only
tricky part was getting the rubber diaphragm in the main body to seat
properly. The lip on the one in my rebuild kit had rolled over itself, and
needed a little "massaging" to get it straightened out again. Anyway, the
carb is back on my Mk. 3, and the car is running great, despite the fact
that I haven't done any mixture adjustment or anything else as of yet. Hope
this was helpful!
