In order to do a comprehensive set of tests for cracks or stress you'd
have to spend a lot more than you would buying a new sets of BE bolts...
Fer chrissake, these are critical components which can be replaced for
less than sixty bucks. Why are we even talking about re-using suspect
ones? (And, until they have been thoroughly inspected, they *are*
suspect).
