Copy and print out the info from any of a dozen
websites or Xerox (or take the catalog with you )
from one of the big three catalog companies.
That should be proof enough that a PO or DMVDE
(dept motor vehicles dumb employee)
previously entered the info incorrectly.

Subject: Source for Vehicle ID's
Does anyone know of a source for matching Commission numbers with
engine, body, and other component numbers. I need proof that my
Commission # is FC8272 L and not VC82721 as stated on the title.
Evidently when last titled someone copied the numbers and letters
wrong in Illinois. Now in Ohio, I have to prove it's correct number.
Thanks in advance,
Mike
