Anyone know how this would effect a set of dual SU's on a 69 MK3 motor?

I'm not sure about a '71 model, but the later Strombergs
have such a limited range of mixture adjustment, that this
would not work if air is being forced into the carb.
Even fitting a "free flow" air filter is enough to lean
the mixture too far to compensate.
