Steering wheel is off!!!

Thanks for all of the great suggestions. Here is how I got it off.....

6" 3jaw gear pull from Menards ($6.50)

Put it on the wheel, tightened as far as it would go and smacked as the
middle shaft of the gear pull 3 times as hard as possible, wheel came off in
one piece with no marks, I had rags to pad the wheel!!
