j-type O/D conversion

Hi all.  I'm thinking of ordering an overdrive setup for my Spit from
Rimmer's while their special is on.  But EXACTLY what would I need to do a
total conversion?
-Solenoid
-speedo angle drive
-O/D speedo cable?
-shifter&switch
-rear trans. mount
-shortened drive shaft
-could I use my exhisting bell housing off of my non O/D tranny?
Anything else?
