Generally a bad idea on an already tail happy car, though it's a mixed
blessing on a swing-axle car. On one hand it will help prevent the jacking
effect that causes some of the oversteer that swing-axle cars have. On the
other hand, it will cause more lateral load transfer making the oversteer
worse...
