Darn good article on using a cooling system filter in the heat hose.
What's really clever is what's halfway down the page. An intrepid
Jaguar member discovered that hardware stores sell fittings for
attaching washing machines to spigots with little filters in them.
Purchasing a male and female fitting, with a filter in one of them, he
screwed them together making a closed chamber, and put the hose barbs
right in line with the heat hose. Instant filter and cooling system
flush connector!
I'm going to be grabbing several the next time I'm at a Home Depot and
putting this on all my cars I think.
